This package does not include a ski instructor or ski lessons. Guests ski independently and should be able to control their speed, turn, and stop. First-time skiers are recommended to book our package with a 2-hour private ski lesson.
Driver Service
Your English-speaking driver will assist with transportation and meeting arrangements. The driver does not provide ski instruction or accompany you on the slopes.
What to Bring
Waterproof gloves, goggles or sunglasses, warm base layers, and thick socks.

Please provide each participant’s age, height, shoe size, and skiing experience when booking.
Slope and lift availability may vary depending on weather and resort operating conditions.
The itinerary and return time may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.

Day Tour Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before the tour date: Full refund of the deposit.
14 days or less before the tour date: The deposit is non-refundable.
No-show: No refund will be provided.
Multi-Day Tour Cancellation Policy
30 days or less before the departure date: The deposit is non-refundable.
Any non-refundable costs already incurred for hotels, flights, train tickets, attraction tickets, or other travel arrangements made on behalf of the customer may be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
No-show: No refund will be provided.
